With the EZ Inspections app, users can easily route their stops, access detailed order information, view instructions and property photos, and complete checklists accompanied by photos and videos. In addition, the app allows field staff to promptly report urgent issues during cleaning or inspections, communicate estimated completion times to the office, pause and resume work as needed, scan inventory items, collect resident signatures, upload invoices or timesheets, and conveniently communicate with their team through in-app messaging.

One of the notable features of the EZ Inspections app is its ability to function without a network connection while performing tasks in the field. Orders and results are seamlessly synced with the cloud as soon as a network connection becomes available. To utilize the EZ app, users must first create a cloud account or be provided with an account by their admin or client.
